Hi, I'm Michelle
Mother, mover, creator, space holder, and traveler. I'm the founder of Daybreak Wellness, where movement meets mindfulness. I’m so grateful you’re here. It’s my greatest joy to guide others back to their breath and body through the healing practices of Yoga and Pilates. My mission is to help you find strength through softness, joy through grounding, and the reminder that every day offers a chance to begin again.
When I’m not on the mat, you’ll find me running around with my three little ones—Bohdi, Cove, and Romee—or soaking up sunshine on the beaches of Florida. I’ve lived an active life, but it was Yoga and Pilates that truly helped me feel balanced, especially during life’s busiest seasons. Since teaching my first class in 2011, I’ve seen how mindful movement creates space—for breath, healing, and becoming more of who we really are.
At Daybreak, we believe each sunrise is a chance to return to yourself—with grace, presence, and intention. Thank you for being here and giving yourself this space.
You belong here.

“When we heal ourselves, we heal the world. For as the body is only as healthy as its individual cells, the world is only as healthy as its individual souls.” - Mark Nepo
Daybreak, it symbolizes awakening, renewal, and the quiet power of new beginnings.
At its essence, daybreak is the moment when darkness gives way to light. Spiritually, it represents a shift in consciousness—a return to clarity, presence, and possibility. It marks the sacred threshold between night and day, inward and outward, rest and action.
Daybreak invites us to pause, reflect, and begin again—reminding us that no matter what came before, we are always offered a fresh start. It’s a time when stillness meets potential, where the breath deepens and intention is born.
In the context of Daybreak Wellness, it becomes a metaphor for inner transformation: a return to self, to breath, to wholeness—one conscious moment at a time.
