Start your day with purpose, movement, and the magic of the rising sun. Join me for a 60-minute all-levels beach class blending energizing Vinyasa yoga, core-focused Pilates, and calming breathwork—designed to leave you feeling strong, grounded, and refreshed.

MICKLER'S LANDING BEACH

Whether you’re brand new to the mat or a seasoned mover, this class meets you exactly where you are. We’ll flow through a dynamic yoga sequence to wake up the body, dive into a Pilates core series to build strength from the inside out, and close with a few mindful minutes of breath work to set the tone for your day.

Come move with the rhythm of the waves, breathe in the salt air, and take this time just for you.

Come Prepared With:

  • A yoga mat

  • Towel or blanket

  • Water 

  • Comfortable clothes you can move/sweat in

Inclement Weather Policy:

 

In the event of inclement weather, a decision to hold, postpone or cancel class will be made 45 minutes prior to the classes scheduled time. We will post this decision on the website and on social media, but please feel free to contact us as well with any questions. Any payments made prior to class will be credited for a future class.

PILATES IN THE PARK 


Join us for a refreshing 45-minute outdoor Pilates flow designed to strengthen, lengthen, and sculpt your entire body. Every movement connects back to your powerhouse, building core strength while targeting the smaller supporting muscles that create balance and stability.

Set against the backdrop of the park and sunshine, this class is the perfect way to energize your body and lift your mood while soaking up some vitamin D. All levels are welcome—just bring a mat or towel, water, and any sun essentials (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen) to make the most of your time outdoors.

This class is perfect for beginners or advanced practitioners alike. Whether you're looking to support your daily movement, recover from injury, or build a strong foundation, mat Pilates is a beautiful option to aid in your physical fitness.

YOGA

Flow through breath and movement in this dynamic, energizing class. Vinyasa yoga links each breath to movement, creating a rhythmic, meditative practice that builds strength, flexibility, and focus. Expect creative sequences, mindful transitions, and a steady pace that leaves you feeling both grounded and refreshed.

 

This class is welcoming to both beginners and experienced practitioners, with options offered throughout to meet you where you are.
