Service Description
A collaboration by Daybreak Wellness × The Cheese Club Some moments are meant to be lingered in. Flow & Graze is a monthly beach gathering that brings together movement, mindfulness, beautiful food, and meaningful connection in one unforgettable experience. We'll begin with an all-levels Yoga & Pilates flow by the ocean, followed by a guided mindfulness practice and reflective journaling designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and create space for what matters most. Afterward, we'll gather around a beautifully curated charcuterie spread by The Cheese Club, sip bubbles (or a non-alcoholic alternative), and enjoy thoughtful conversation as we soak in the beauty of the beach together. Created for those who crave intentional moments and genuine connection, Flow & Graze offers the feeling of a mini retreat—an opportunity to step away from the pace of everyday life and leave feeling grounded, nourished, and inspired. Your experience includes: All-levels Beach Yoga & Pilates Guided meditation or breathwork Reflective journaling and conversation Luxury charcuterie by The Cheese Club Bubbles (non-alcoholic options available) A thoughtfully curated beach experience Come solo or bring a friend. We'll take care of the rest.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Weather Policy Flow & Graze is designed as an outdoor experience. In the event of heavy rain, lightning, or other unsafe weather conditions, the event may be relocated indoors or modified to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. This may include an indoor venue and/or an adjusted movement practice. If an indoor alternative is not possible, the event will be rescheduled. Your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a future Flow & Graze event. Tickets may be rescheduled up to two times. After the second reschedule, the ticket will no longer be valid. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us before the event. Guest Cancellations More than 7 days before the event: Your ticket may be transferred to another Flow & Graze event at no additional charge. 3–7 days before the event: Your ticket may be transferred to another Flow & Graze event with a $10 transfer fee. Less than 72 hours before the event: No transfers or refunds. No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
